Recommendations for Recruitment

I was looking around today at my park and have found a couple guys that I think would be good additions to our company. I talked to one of them about joining and he will probably approach Konrad this Saturday (oct.1st) about getting more info and possibly joining. I didn't have time to talk to the other one yet, but was wanting some input... both of them earned orders of the warrior in today's tournament, btw.

What do you look for when considering someone to join our company?

I look for someone who has a personality that would mesh well with our group first, and dedication to the game and who will fight on a regular basis.
