I have been out of the Grendels for a LONG time, and I know that the company has undergone a LOT of changes over the years.

I would like to know about the current company charter and history.

That's actually one thing we were going to talk about at KOTB2 but never made it around to. I'm working on a base charter template that we might be able to work off of.
